At CT Impact Softball, we take great pride in the quality of our coaching staff. We are intentional about who represents our organization; our coaches are selected not only for their knowledge of the game, but for their character, leadership, and commitment to developing athletes the right way. 

   We also believe that great coaches never stop learning. CT Impact invests in the continued growth of our staff by providing ongoing education and development opportunities. Members of our coaching staff have attended the 2023, 2024, and 2025 NFCA Coaches Convention, staying current on the latest training methods, player development strategies, and best practices in the game.

   This commitment to excellence ensures that our athletes are learning from dedicated, educated, and passionate coaches who are fully invested in their success—both on and off the field.
