OUR MISSION
Connecticut Impact Softball Club mission is to create a positive, developmental and competitive softball culture. Our club teams compete throughout the fall and summer seasons throughout the northeast in addition to varying national events which are specific to our Premier Programs. Our winter training spans 10 to 12 weeks running right up to the start of Connecticut High School Softball.
Affiliated with our parent program the Georgia Impact, the Connecticut Impact is a state-wide program, not specific to any single region of the Connecticut. We also welcome out of state inquiries which can be seen on our current rosters.
Our culture is geared toward the 12 to 18 age groups. Development is first and foremost with all of our teams. The most important part of that development aimed toward building and maintaining confidence. Skills and physical development come second. Both of which are carried out by our staff of paid coaches who all bring specific skill sets to assist our players in all facets of the game of softball, school and life.
The end game for our program is to help these young ladies in their pursuit of a higher education while using the sport of softball as a tool to achieving that goal.
